Flex is a very handsome, red, male doberman who is just over a year old. He is in need of a great home and some obedience training. Flex is very sweet and loves to chase balls. He is docked and cropped and neutered. Flex was called in to animal care by a neibour who noticed Flex chained up in a back yard with only 3 feet of chain with no food or water.
